The hotel has a fantastic location, being close to the town center and conveniently near Cleethorpes train station. I found the rooms to be spacious and equipped with basic facilities, which made my stay comfortable. However, the housekeeping could use some improvement as the rooms weren't cleaned properly. Overall, it's a decent value for money, but it's important to note that the dining options are not included.
